Our USP
The Two industry veterans who were passionate about technology and committed towards excellence in service started this organization. Redon India is a brand owned by Sumit Agarwal and Rajesh Garg. They are founders of REDON India Power Solutions LLP and have spent huge number of years together in this battery business. Rajesh Garg and Sumit Agarwal have been into this battery business since very long.
Their uncle Mr. Deepak Mittal, brought Sumit & Rajesh into this battery business and have always been a great mentor for them in their entrepreneurial journey. These both started their journey with a small salary of Rs. 5000 for managing the battery plates factory. Sumit Agarwal had always dreamt of creating a business that would create value for everyone involved with it. With the same vision Rajesh also joined him and they both joined hands to work on it. They together started their entrepreneurial journey in which they started dealing in battery spares, battery plates, separators, boxes etc. Starting with a business turnover of Rs. 3 Lakhs per month, they scaled its pace rapidly by becoming one of highest selling distributors for several top inverter-battery brands across India.
Then they created 5 wholesale-cum-retail outlets in Bangalore and became one of the most reputed names in the field of battery business in South India. Together they worked a lot and did great efforts to build a name of trust and reliability among the channel partners. They worked to become an active power with 100+ people team working dedicatedly for the growth and development of the organization. They successfully launched brand REDON in partnership with the lead acid battery segment and soon were able to build a god place across Sound India. With the aim to spread across Pan India quickly they even signed fast bowler in Indian cricket team. With a great turnover of business and, team of 145+ people now it’s a big brand in itself.
With a grand exposure to the battery industry we are planning to reach a target of 7000+ battery per month capacity by the end of this financial year 2022-2023. Rajesh Garg belonged to telecom industry and, he has gradually grown in the corporate ladder as an AGM. He was heading sales for connect broadband, with a turnover of 500 crores.
